Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this 24-hour window, your order may already be in processing, and we may not be able to accommodate modifications or cancellations.
If your cancellation request is made within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We carefully package all spirvit products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a manufacturing defect or is physically broken. Minor packaging damage (such as dented boxes) does not qualify as product damage if the item itself remains intact and usable.
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@spirvit.com. Please include a clear photo showing the damage so we can review your claim.
If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. Please note that we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
spirvit is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
